Back Orders
When an order has been processed and can be verified that it has been produce, we do not able to refund the order.  If your order has not been produce by the manufacture and shipped as a courtesy to our customers satisfaction, we will offer a refund.  

There will be no returns allowed without prior approval.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned and canceled orders after the manufacture produce the orders.  Please, inspect and packed the orders before shipping.  Any claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days after received the goods.  Claims for damaged shipments must be made with the carrier

All orders are shipped from FOB Canoga Park, California.  Standard order and delivery times is 3-7 working days ship out from our warehouse.  Otherwise if merchandise is not in stock then it will need about 10-14 weeks after placing the order.  Certain products may be in stock, and customer should call for the inventory list availability.  Since buyer is responsible for the delivery fee from our warehouse to your home, we will give a quote for the delivery fee and has to be paid off together with the remaining balanced.  We ship orders with cartoon wrap and blanket wrap for common carriers.  Please, contact our customer service for preferred carrier and coordinate shipping details.
